To book a place at the Connecting with America event at HP offices in Bristol on Wednesday 11 June 2008, please either:

  • send a cheque for the amount (made payable to JBP Associates) to Paul Paisey, JBP, 6 Whiteladies Rd, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 1PD, and email the names and positions of the attendees to connectamerica@jbp.co.uk
  • or complete the online booking form following the process below (if you have any issues with the online payment system, please contact the numbers below)

Cost per delegate is £85 + VAT and includes lunch.

When making an online payment you will be directed to another site operated by GWEBusinessWest. Please follow the six stage process below:

  1. Insert the number of places required and click on 'Book Now'
  2. Click on the link 'Go to shopping basket' in the top right hand corner of the page
  3. Click on 'checkout'
  4. Click on 'create new account' and enter personal details
  5. Click on 'checkout' at the top of the page
  6. Make payment
